Can you Rollback to Reset?

I don't want to risk messing up my build to test it, so I want to ask if anyone's tried. Is it possible to rollback one rank to choose a class eligible to reset, and get vouchers from that? Or is it only characters who had the class during the maintenance that get them?
EDIT: Aight, I took one for the team, and can confirm that it does work!
