New to ToS, What are some fun class combinations for a newbie who doesn't want to take his first character to seriously? +questions

Post Body

I generally like AoE and laid back classes. I used to play knight alot back in Ragnarok though, so a character who can just take punishment and dish it back out, even single target is nice.

My questions are:

  1. Regardless of what i play, are their any builds/classes (mainly for PVE) that have horrible skills or paths? Generally things i should just avoid?

  2. Does your starting city matter?

  3. How's the crafting in this game? is it important early on, or just something i should do in my off time from playing?

  4. So far, things seem pretty linear. do things branch out at all?
