Mounts not giving bonus stats after patch

Since maint and the new patch my mount hasn't given me any bonus stats at all, no matter what I tried doing.
(Mounts when >0 stamina are supposed to give a portion of their HP, PDef, Eva)
Is it just me? Is it a Schwarzer Reiter problem? Wondering if this happened to any other SRs or Catas.
