Adapting to circumstances quest bug?

So im doing this quest (level 145 main story) and the quest said to use a transformation scroll and lure 8 mobs to some place. I did this and now it's telling me to go see the bishop guy who gave the quest, yet i can't find him anywhere on the map?? I even looked up a video which showed somebody doing the quest and went to the area he spoke to the npc but for me he's not there at all. Anyone else had this??
