Theorycrafting here. With Swift Step passive adding 50% crit chance at max (while having duration > cd) Ranger's Critical Shot, if it stacks normally you can attack with >100% crit on every Critical Shot cast.
Ranger also has Steady Aim for more offense and AoE skills to give you more options.
