Neighbors dead tree totaled my 2 vehicles. There are 2 more dead trees!!
Post Body

I have lived next door to an apartment complex for about 20 years now. I see the owner probably every 2-3 years and hardly have a relationship with her. I have dealt with multiple property management companies regarding different issues in the past. There is a new company within the last year or so. On March 27th I contacted the number on the front of the building regarding dead trees that I was concerned about. They asked me to get quotes for the trees, and would reach out to the homeowner with no guarantees. On April 8th, I saw the owner next door and spoke with her about the trees, she said I would have to contact the property management company, which I did once again. No word from them after that. On May 28th one of the trees fell and totaled my husband and I's vehicles in our driveway. The apartment complex would not help clean the tree up, which SUCKS, but I understand because its on our property and thats basically the law here in Texas. But I am still concerned about the other trees. What would you do in my shoes?
