Hi there, I have a property with a privacy fence , the back fence has overhanging trees from the other lot…. These are in contact with the fence when the wind blows… I tried a kind conversation with the managers of the adjoining property, and they said kick rocks it’s my families responsibility, but I don’t feel that’s right as well as I feel I’d have to trespass to properly address the tree huge limbs in a manner healthy to the trees …
