Making coconut oil with water

Who here has made coconut oil using water during the process to help remove chlorophyll? I use water when making butter and after the refrigeration part I just pour out the excess water and i am left over with butter. I made coconut oil but did not use water. So I'm curious who has. Also if using water should I add in the lecithin after the refrigeration process or what's recommended?
