Iām not sure if anyone has been as picky as I have been when it comes to transferring the hot gummy mix from stovetop to molds.
I have bought and used a plastic syringe that says āDISCARD AFTER USEā. It worked okay I guess but at the same time ink was coming off and I would prefer my gummies to not contain any traces of plastic or any of the cheap blank ink that comes off the side of the syringe.
Iāve also seen ādroppersā or basically āturkey bastersā of various sizes and it feels like the gummy mixture would build up quickly on the inside? Unless Iām just overthinking it.
About the only promising tool Iāve window shopped for is basically a steel meat tenderizer syringe. It also could be overkill or it could also be the perfect thing Iām looking for?
What are your thoughts? What item do you use to inject the gummy mix into your own molds?
Thirding condiment squeeze bottles.
Ideally you'll store them in a hot water bath.
