I have a concern on my brain fog after taking alot of delta 8 thc gummies?

So I took 2 edibles each night for like 3 to 4 nights of what I thought to be a total of 50 mgs of delta 8 but in actuality it was a 100mgs of delta 8. I am not used to taking delta 8 and the last day I took these edibles was last Monday, a week and 2 days ago, and my brain fog has persisted since. Do I need to seek medical help or will I be fine if I just wait it out?
