Turns out, I'm a lazy fuck. I've found just decarbing in my ardent nova, then doing a MCT tincture is the easiest way. And because of the lazy fuckery I typically just ingest straight from the dropper bottle.

I typically don't eat breakfast or lunch as I do an intermittant fasting and quite frankly don't get hungry until I stop for the day (It's what has worked for me to keep the calories down). If I dose up after work on an empty stomach sometimes it hits crazy hard for about an hour then mellows out. If I have food in my stomach I can feel the ebb and flow of the high as my stomach processes it - not always but sometimes I can feel it.

Here are my questions:

  1. If the body needs fat to better process the THC, is the dropperful of MCT oil I'm ingesting enough or am I short changing myself? If so, what else do I need? How many grams of fat are ideal or am I making this too difficult?
  2. Why the hell am I still high in the morning? Does this have to do with the speed at which my metabolism is processing my stomach contents? Do some foods process that slowly? I'd say 3 out 10 times I'll still feel the effects in the moring and I don't like that I sleep poorly and wake up in a fog with my eyes blazing. I guess the question is if this is just my body or should I alter my diet on nights I dose? FYI - I dose around 6pm so I'm usually eating before 7:30 and asleep before 11.
