Hey all!

This is going to sound ggross, and I feel awful about it, but I have never been good about cleaning my treamdil. I want to change this, and several other aspects of my life to be a more clean person in general, and I want ot start with one thing that I use on a daily basis, which would be the treadmil.

I have never cleaned it at all, aside from wiping down the arms occasionally. So I can't even imagine how much dried sweat there is on the thing, and I just want to get cleaning supplies and give it a thorough washing and cleaning treatment. I am also planning on moving the treadmil into my bedroom, and placing it atop a treadmill mat for easier cleaning in the future, since we have hardwood floors.

That being said, if I want to give this thing a genuine deep cleaning, what would be the steps? I should also note that I cam blind IRL, so if I need sihted assistance that's totally fine, just wanted to make this fact known as well.
