best under the desk threadmill/waling pad for a Canadian ? (budget friendly)

I've been looking around and a lot of pple recommend stuff that are 300-350$ in USA but in Canada they are around 1000-1150$ so I cant afford this...

is there any walking pad available in Canada for around 300-400 CAD ?!

Otherwise, it seems steppers are cheaper, anyone has a good standing up steppers while working form home recommendation?
