Potential Purchase for Restoration Advice Wanted!

Going to see this ‘72 Shasta 1400 tomorrow morning. Been dreaming of restoring a little trailer for a long time. Guy is asking 1700 for it, but it’s been listed for a few months now. What are things I absolutely need to consider when I go see it tomorrow? And based on pics and price, what is your general opinion thus far?
