So I need to go to the Netherlands as I have booked a festival with my friend however, its only after i booked it that i've realised I need to be fully vaxxed and i wont be able to get my 2nd vaccine in time. (yes dumb mistake i know) I was thinking of travelling from the UK > Belgium > Netherlands, since apparently you dont need to test or be vaxxed if entering from Belgium (i've also had covid before if that helps in any way?) as it says on the Netherlands government website, i just wanted to double check if this is the case with a real human before i spend any more money based on my bad interpretation hahah.
