Is a 45 min layover enough time?

Post Body

So my girlfriend is from Korea and looking to visit for Christmas time here in the states. Flights actually aren’t too bad right now. The best one I found is just under $1000 round trip! The itinerary would be Dec 23- ICN->SFO(1 hour 45 min layover)->LAX and then Jan 3-LAX->SFO (45 min layover)->ICN

The only problem is that on the way back there’s a layover of only 45 mins in SFO. I know airlines usually don’t let you book flights with layovers that would be impossible, but this just seems like too short of a time to me. The other options either have terribly long layovers or are way more expensive. Thoughts?
