I packing for a trip that will take us from Germany, France, Italy, Austria, and Switzerland during July, August, and September and a bit of October. We will be using couchsurfing and helpx.net. We might camp if we decide to bring our tent (We haven't decided on that one) I'm definitely trying me best to keep it lite. And I want some other opinions on some particulars:

Would using a travel sheet/sleeping bag liner be fine? Or will it become to cold eventually? My one sleeping bag is a bit bulky.

Opinions on bringing a laptop? I would like to bring my macbook pro. I'm already bringing my DSLR and I would like to have a way to upload my pictures. Also, skype with family would be good. And having internet access would be good too. My partner is very opposed to the idea though. Her main opposition being is that it would very heavy and that we can always go to internet cafes for internet. I still feel like it would be a good thing to have.
