San Francisco Hostel Suggestions?

I'm traveling to San Francisco in a couple of weeks for a weekend, and I'm looking for a hostel to stay in. I'd heard through the grapevine to avoid the HIs because they were close to the Tenderloin, so I'd like to stay out of there. I'll be there for a job fair so I'd probably like to avoid a real party oriented place, but I probably wouldn't mind a social kind of place too because I'll probably want to go for a beer after. So please, I'd appreciate any suggestions! Thank you!
