I'm going to Mexico City in a month. Last time I was there I was really sick for the first couple days because of the altitude (I know it's not THAT high but I think I'm really sensitive to that).
Is there anything I can do to prevent that? I know to drink a lot of water and to avoid alcohol. Is there anything else I can do/take?
Side note: I've always gotten very sick after long haul flights and when taking multiple connecting flights. Does this have anything to do with altitude or does that not have anything to do with that because the cabin is pressurized?
