I'm single, 25, and want to travel at every oppertunity I can. Last month I went to South Korea to see the League of Legends World Torny, and it was an amazing experience. I had a lot of fun, but at the end of the trip I only really ran into a couple people who I connected with, and even through that didn't see them for more than a couple hours. I feel like my problem is that I'm not going to public places where I can run into others.
Regardless of my issues, which I'm going to work on in my next trip through reading this subreddit, I want to talk about the introverts burden. I definetly feel like I get overstimulated from bigger crowds and gatherings. In responce I like to sight see by myself and feel particularly rewarded from every experience; However, there's always someone in the back of my head saying 'You could have had a great time being more social / going out to meet people instead'. It's halfway between hindsight and regret. I don't nessesarly think its a personal issue and it's something that exists in all travelers. Do you have any advice for dealing with this?
