I just got jokingly accused of 'not even traveling' by a coworker after she saw how few photos I took of a recent trip to Atlanta. I was in town for Dragon Con and I took a lot of photos of different booths and lots and lots of the amazing art and even got some taken of me and my travel pal with some amazing actors! But I took very few photos overall. Very few of the city on the two days I went sight seeing and eating at different places. I didn't even get a picture with an online friend who went out of their way to see me :(
I know she said it jokingly, but now I feel a bit of regret. Should I have taken more photos? I'm well-traveled, around the US at least, but I just never really take photos. I know its not important to me to have these photos, but they might actually mean a lot to those I visit or to people who want to see what my trip was like.
So, I need advice! What is the appropriate number of photos I should be taking?? Any particular subjects I should be capturing??
