Travel adapter voltage

I just wanted to confirm this before I purchase the adapter. The adapter I want to buy says 85-240v. My phone charger says it is 100-240v.
I'm assuming that when the adapter says 85-240v it means it charges voltages between 85-240v in which case it would cover my charger. Is that correct?
