What's a city everyone told you not to go to that you ended up loving?
Post Body

For inside the USA id have to say Baltimore. Everyone told me I'd be wasting my time visiting, but I took the Amtrak train up one day and loved it. Great museums, great food, cool history, nice waterfront, and some pretty cool architecture.

For outside the USA im gonna go with Belfast. So many ppl told me not to visit, ended up loving the city and the people.

I was there in the spring, stayed in an Airbnb that was ghetto adjacent. Didn't have any issues, it is a really fun place.
