A Trip from Göttingen to Prague>Vienna>Budapest>Göttingen

If anyone has done something similar, how many days would be enough in Prague, Vienna, Budapest.
Also with ticket prices, it seems like there won't be much of a price difference between renting a car and using the trains.
How hard is it to travel in these towns with a car? Is having a car a plus or a burden?
