Budget for South Africa, three people, two weeks

Super general question, but I’m looking for a ballpark minimum on what it would cost to get three people from the States to SA and back with mediocre food and lodgings for two weeks.
Any insight from anyone’s recent trips would be lovely. Does not look like a cheap trip but I’m seeing a lot of all inclusive packages that might be skewing the numbers. We wouldn’t mind going a little further off the beaten path
