Hey everyone.
Apologies, but after searching online i am still not quite clear on the rules for bringing electronics into Ecuador. I read it as "one old and one new" but does that mean for each electronic - e.g. 2 phones, 2 laptops, 2 ect ect or is it like one new phone and one old laptop and that's it?
I was planning on bringing
2 phones (one old, one new)
1 laptop
1 air pods
1 portable speaker
Does anyone know if that is going to be fine?
Also, again apologies for the stupid questions but this will be the first time taking a connecting flight in my life and my stopover is in Panama. When I arrive (coming from Canada) will I need to get my checked bags and re-start the entire process or will my bags be automatically put on my connecting flight? Do I need to go through customs again? If someone could explain like I am 5 years old what to do you would be my hero.
