Travelgenio FRAUD?

I need to change a flight I booked through Travelgenio due to illness and have been 100% UNABLE to get in touch with this company. I cannot get anyone on the phone, email or chat. Has anyone experienced this with this company? I'm desperate to get this figured out and get my flights refunded. Any help would be so appreciated!
