Therapy talk and coping mechanisms
Post Body

For full disclosure, I'm a man with some therapeutic training who also happens to be quite kink positive, hence why I've found myself on this subreddit.

I noticed that there was quite a lot of posts that mention therapy and other coping mechanisms and I was curious at what percentage of the women that post and lurk on this sub are actively in therapy, have tried therapy in the past and how many have considered it but don't think it would benefit them?

For those of you that did try it, how did you find it? If it works for you that's great but I guess I'm equally as curious about why it might not help for others or what does work for you instead?
