I think this is an extension of all of that pesky medical trauma growing up but something about them really makes me wet.
Perhaps the position of power over a vulnerable subject. Maybe it's also because they're generally older cis Dominant men and I've got a thing for those, too. I think it's mostly the way these men are so intelligent and calculated with how they operate; it only serves as more fodder.
This extends to other positions too- I've noticed male nurses, paramedics, lawyers, and sometimes even CEOs/execs.
Something about their calm presence in the face of chaotic everything makes me feel.... Comforted? I think it also appeals to a particular caregiving aspect I find makes me feel safe. Safe and vulnerable and docile enough to be taken advantage of.
