Rapper used my beat without paying

I’m gonna keep it short, a rapper with a decent following used my beat without paying. I found out months later and tried to give him benefit of the doubt. Messaged him about paying the beat he replied saying he would, months have gone by and he’s now ignoring my DM’s. What’s my best course of action here? Could I take the song down?
