Post Body
When I am training my voice it sounds light and breathy, though not particularly high pitch, around B3/C4. Despite this though, when I do my daily training it often leaves me a bit lightheaded and a little weak and shaky in my arms and legs. I only do it for 30-ish minutes per day. Is this normal? Does anyone else experience this?
