Being bigender and switching voices with expression?

Post Body

Hello everyone,

I'm beginning the process of coming out of the closet as bigender and want to start developing my fem voice to match my fem expression.

I'm Amab, and have a history of vocal coaching that focused on developing my singing and speaking as a person whose resting pitch was located relatively high in my vocal range. I'm a bari-tennor which is a sub-classification of amab vocalists who have a tenor like range but a baritone resonance and quality.

I really like the voice I have in my masc expression and don't want to completely lose it, but I also want to develop a voice for my fem expression that won't cause disphoria every time that I talk.

Does anyone have any ideas for a good starting point? I'm at a complete loss and it's starting to negatively impact my mental health.
