The year 2021 was a pretty rough year and just making it through 2020 was an experience itself. A few months before 2021 ended I had the chance to connect with a woman named Eve, we are both MtF and started conversations about our transitions. Before I knew it I realized I met someone who inspired and motivated me and I did the same for her. I felt such a strong bond with her that we could tell eachother our secrets and gossip. I feel like not only have I gained a friend, but a sister. We are far apart but we still manage to connect on a daily basis. I see a lot of people post on here their good and bad experiences, so I wanted to post a good one. How reaching out to a complete stranger turned into a wonderful sisterhood. I am celebrating the new year with hopes that we will all help eachother along. Treating eachother with the love and kindness we deserve.
