New pain in transplant area 7 year post transplant.

Hello, I’m looking for a little advice from the community. I had a kidney transplant in May 2013. No problem post transplant, I’m relatively fit and have no other health problems. About 3 days ago I started to experience a sharp pain when passing water just under where transplant is, I put this down to been dehydrated. However today the pain has been constant but bearable. I have no temperature and I don’t feel unwell. I have never come across this before, so my main question is especially as it’s the weekend should I wait see my GP on Monday or get in today and see the transplant team?
