hi guys, I’m just really confused. When filling and sending my name change application my doctor did most of the work , printing out all documents and getting them filled out. I mainly just got the form authorized and included payment. Today I received all my documents back saying my name change forms were fine but there wasn’t a statutory declaration for sex change designation which my doctor did not include or let me know was needed. I’m going to hopefully send out all this back tomorrow to get it going back over to them, will I still be expected to wait 10-12 weeks or will it be advanced since all the rest of my name change looks like it already was accepted and marked as recorded.

Just looking for clarity if anyone else is having this issue?
