I sent a message to GGP the other week after waiting a few weeks for my prescription, asking how things are going. A few days later I got a reply with an apology saying it’s on its way and that they would try to find some tracking information and send to me. About a week passed after that without anything happening, until yesterday when I found a rogue recommended letter (that’s how it works in Sweden) addressed to a girl with the same last name as me, but the first name was wrong. I didn’t think much about and put it back since it wasn’t for me. Right? 🤔 Today I found the letter in my inbox, someone must have thought it was mine. I hesitated to open and read it but I’m the only one on this address with this last name. So I did and found out it was a recommendation to get my hormone prescription from the post office. Since it’s addressed to “someone else” I can’t get it because it requires a matching ID to retrieve. I sent a message back today about the issue but I’m super nervous now that I have to wait another 6 weeks to get the correct prescription… And to be honest I’m quite annoyed to that they didn’t check the name before sending it… 😔 Hopefully I won’t have to wait too long and maybe can get some kind of partial refund or something.
