i'm afab, don't really know what my gender is called but it's something along the lines of fluid/NB, my pendulum swings between like a soft transmasc with random bouts of presenting hyperfem. i really like the name devon but i don't think it feels right on days where i feel closer to my assigned gender. the other name i have is violet, which a lot of people already know me by, that i guess is a pretty NB name but it's still a little too feminine for how i feel most of the time. both of these names have an important meaning to me, but to make it less difficult for other people, i want to just settle on one name. however my friend said "i can tell how you want to be called by how you're presenting" which is kinda right too. i just think it's a little awkward for example when i meet new people to explain the multiple name thing, and doesn't seem fair. thoughts? also, i would love to know some other names that you think suit me based off this prescription
