This is my first time posting here, so forgive me if this is a bit unorthodox. Does anyone use the SignalNow Express free Early Earthquake Warning application for Windows? I was able to get it installed by clicking around, and I found the listing of prefectures and chose mine, but I don't know if I have really got it set up right. I see there's something about logging in, is that required? (It seems to be a toggle so maybe that's just about logging, period, not logging in?)
Normally I just copy and paste stuff into Google Translate and bumble through that way, but because this is a Windows app that isn't an option.
Is just setting my prefecture enough? Is there any test mode I could try out to see if it's working, or do I just have to wait for a quake? Thanks for any help anyone can provide with how to use this application correctly!
