[Chinese > English] "Vegan chicken" on Taobao clothing websites

I give up...I've tried all manner of ways to figure out what η΄ ιΈ‘ means on Taobao clothing sites. Google Translate consistently calls it "vegan chicken." Bing and other translators give me the same thing. Here's an example page containing the phrase. As a vegetarian, this phrase would be great to have for dining out in China, but what does it mean with regard to clothing? Thanks!
