Post Body

i am debating getting a tattoo of a katana or wakizashi on my bicep, as part of a sleeve, thats central theme is death. it will include things like a poison bottle, a black mamba, an hourglass and Belladonna flowers. each represent a diffrent form of death (also i didnt originaly say i want a sleeve of ways to die, i wanted each of these things and then saw the theme). the katana is my depiction of violent death and as such Muramasa blades jumped out at me, the complete opposite of Masamune's discipline, Muramasa blades are known for bloodlust and indiscrimination (indiscrimination being death in a nutshell). so i want his name on the blade because without it, its just a katana. also i feel i should point this out since i think someone will say "why dont you just write it in Romanji" i dont think it is ok to Tattoo a legendary japanese sword smith's name in the Roman alphabet, feels a bit inauthentic. so i have looked online and cant find a really official way to spell it in kanji so anyone who knows if you could please comment with it and explain if it is Hirigana or Katakana if there are multiple versions which is the best to go for etc
