[English > Italian] Can someone help with writing a book dedication to my nephew?

I'm trying to write something along the lines of "For (nephew), love Uncle (name) and Aunt (name)." Would "Per (nephew), con affetto, zio (name) e zia (name)" be best? I'm not sure how to sign a letter/present indicating a family relationship and I couldn't find anything definite while searching on google. Any suggestions?
