/u/ScanianMoose was recently kind enough to help me understand an e-mail I received regarding something I ordered. I was hoping to ask if someone would be kind enough to help me with the reply.

Long form context here, but in short I ordered something, the status didn't change from processing to shipped, I e-mailed (in English) and they said (in German) they'd handed it over to DHL and were investigating.

Could I ask if someone would translate the following for me please?

Regarding your last e-mail, I am confused. The shipping status says 'In progress' but your e-mail says it has already shipped by DHL. Can you confirm it has definitely shipped despite the website saying it is still processing?

Is there any result to the investigation? Is there any DHL tracking number?
