Mit der Bitte, nur EIN Paket von uns anzunehmen, sofern ein zweites Paket irgendwann doch noch in der Zustellung von DHL auftauchen sollte.

Context: I ordered an item from a website. The customer support is in German. I sent an e-mail (in English, hoping they'd understand) asking why the order still shows as 'In Progress' on their website and they said this in return.


From my understanding, it's something along the lines of;

Hello Mr <Last name>,

The item (something about the shipping provider DHL).

We will conduct an investigation (to find out where the item is?) (Something about sending a second package and if the first package shows up, to not accept the second).

(Something along the lines of be patient)
