OK, so I've been in communication with someone about renting a flat from them. I have said that if I am able to get a personal internet connection into the building that I would - in principal - agree to the let. Google translate is making their response a little ambiguous, and I can't tell whether the amount being requested is to secure the let or to sign up for the fibre connection.
