How much of the Second Avenue Subway is quad-tracked?

Post Body
I've seen plans where it's only double tracked, which surprised me for a subway running through Manhattan. Thought quad tracking for more space would help it relieve the Lexington Avenue line completely. I guess a New York RER would be the next progression if the Lexington Avenue Line behaves like Paris line 1.
