I live in NJ, am looking to get my permit after a domestic violence situation (my transphobe dad finally showed his stripes). I don't have a lot of money coming in for either a lot of extras (so anything built in is a huge plus) and I definitely need training. Any suggestions for something in the 9mm-.40 S&W is appreciated?
