If the trans identified person claims to also be "non-binary" than simply just treat them like you would any other person of the same biological sex. Most of the time its just silly teenage girls trying to let everyone know that they are not like the other girls. They might try to get you to use a pronoun different than the biological pronouns they were born with but you can just ignore this. Its just a way of being quirky.
Normal TIMs and TIFs are totally different. These things are actually freaks of nature and are neither men or women so it is never acceptable to use she/her or he/him pronouns for one of them. However as they/them pronouns are ONLY used to refer to multiple people the most grammatically correct option is to use it/its.
/uj why does it seem like so many cis people treat nonbinary people like cis people and binary trans people like they are a third gender?
