can trans people just stop being so sensitive?
Post Body

Hey r/MyHusband(amab, wants to be female)IsASelfishTrans,

Today I was talking about my period and I reminded my husbandwife that he (the aforementioned transition is coming soon so I don't have to call him she yet, thank god) was oh so lucky to be a woman without any of the downsides of being a woman, like periods or facing misogyny

This MANWIFE had the audacity to laugh and tell me I shouldn't say that to any trans woman.

I got extremely angry. Why can't she ever understand how I, a cis woman, suffer so much more than he does? I never said he (oops, she teehee) wasn't a real woman, but our experiences are NOT the same!!?? I'm so offended he wants this suffering.

Rant over! Wasn't he being such a selfish weird and creepy man? Nobody could ever suffer as much as I, she will never understand. Just a man, centering his transness over my true cisgender woman experience.
