I had a really good experience with a physio in Melbourne yesterday. I’m a trans man and have been using binders for over 10 years(top surgery next month though) I have a lot of rounding on my shoulders/bad posture/pain etc everything you’d expect from spending years hiding my chest and binding.
It was at Inner North Physio on High Street in Thornbury, with Michelle Duong. She was quite knowledgeable already and curious in a non judgmental way. Very friendly and chill.
I had a terrible experience with a chiropractor last year and I resisted seeing body/massage/physio/chiro type specialists for a while. So having this good experience yesterday was worth noting.
