Thinking about going with dr Lorimer, does anyone have any experience or advice?

Hey so I’m 20 and AFAB non binary (he/they) and am thinking about going with dr lorimer for a diagnosis of gender dysphoria. I have seen mixed messages about response time/if they even got a response. If you did get a response what did you say in your initial email? Is the i orla assessment £300? I can’t quite understand what they mean in the fees section Has anyone got a diagnosis from him who has a history of mental illness? I have quite a substantial history and am worried this will prevent me from getting a diagnosis

Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you :)
